Reading PA_PIDX info from archive

Hi All,

it is regarding to the object PA_PIDX, I already write and delete information (in testing environment), what I want to do now is to read the archive files created. I tried by creating an infostructure but there is no field catalog for it, also tried to create the field catalog but there is no infostructure for it.

Does anybody know if there is an standard method to read archive files for PA_PIDX?

Standard method would be using Tcodes PU22 / SARA

But before archiving posting document you should activated the below switch in T77S0

POST  ARCHI X          Archiving Posting Index (PA_PIDX)

I already set the value for the table T77S0 via SE16, thanks a lot for your answer.

Just to double check, the archives I already created will not be available in SARA, only the ones created from now?

Yes Create new Archiving groups

Note : Archiving Groups were Country Specific
