Deleted delivery document no. log.

Hi All,

I have one issue i.e., User created sales order (Ex: 1000200) and created the delivery document (Ex: 5389900) After that user deleted the delivery document. Is it possible to trace which delivery document was deleted and where we find it?

Hi

Deleted delivery document details are there in table CDHDR and CDPOS. The report which Dibyendu Patra has mentioned also gets information from this table. You can see the deleted delivery document number in field Object Value and in table CDPOS you can see change ID D for Delete.

You can able to find the deleted outbound delivery from the transaction AUT10 by selecting the proper date and transaction code VL02N and the table LIKP. Execute the transaction code AUT10 and then sort the field  value 'Data record', you can find the value "Deleted" in the field 'Data record'.

But there are no relation exist between this delivery and sales order.

Hi,

Yes, As you know the delivery document number. Use T-code  vl22 and  enter your delivery document number and you can see what is deleted and by whom.

by clicking on details button , you will get further details.

At present we don't have delivery number to trace it. We have only order number and with the help of this we need to find the delivery number.

If you have sales order number can you check the deleted delivery no from va03 and then check in environment > display document flow.
