Urgent Help Required - SAP B1 Business Partner Contact Update

Hello Experts

Need your urgent help.

Using DTW, I have uploaded the new SAP B1 Business Partner  contact for the particular business partner. The user is claiming, the existing ship to contact and Bill To contact name for Old SO is also changed. I was using the below format to upload the SAP B1 Business Partner Contact.

My questions are below.

1. How to fix the existing contact for the business partner without affecting SO? I have one day backup of SAB B1 database. I can restore it in sandbox server to fix

2. How to delete the the contacts from the business partner?

Please help me. Your help me will be really appreciated.

Hi,

You wanted to update contact detail of customer. but here you update Contact ID it seems.

Contact ID is different then Contact name, surname and last name. Contact ID is linked to Sales order.

You can't remove just contact detail anymore.. You can only remove BP master if it's not used before.
