What is difference between 0FI_GL_10 and 0FI_GL_12 and 0FI_GL_14

Hi Experts,

I have searched lot of blogs and read help.sap.com to understand the difference between the data sources 0FI_GL_10 and 0FI_GL_12 and 0FI_GL_14.

Could you please share me in which scenario I need to use this extractors in terms of both Functional and Technical Perspective

Shortly,

Comparing 0figl10 and 0figl14 you'll find a lot more in 0figl14. In this DS eg. doc no and doc pos can be used. Fields like that (and a lot more) are only in 14.

I know nothing about 0figl12. I use 10 and 14.

Hi,

0FI_GL_10 is extractor used to fetch totals table info i.e. FAGLFLEXT where as 0FI_GL_14 is used to fetch Line item table info i.e. FAGLFLEXA.

Not sure about 12, I think it is infosource only used for balances.

All my FI reports were well managed by 10 and 14.
