Please, check these videos: Single Sign-On with Kerberos and make sure you configured everything properly.

Please, notice also that we recommend all new SAP Single Sign-On installations to be with the latest available product release and SP - Currently this is SAP Single Sign-On 2.0 SP04. More details you will be able to find it in the Software Downloads | SAP Support Portal
