permanently block for customers

Dear SD Experts ,

This is basic query but not possible to delete the customers in MASS T.code

I have fallowed this steps

MASS> Object type is KNA1> Execute> selected table KNA1 > Fields ( selected KNA1-LOEVM) Deletion flag > execute> given all the details company code /sales area details  > Execute> selected all deletion flag check boxes on the right side

Now system show below green message ..that means customers deleted ..

00000012345 : Changes have been made

While creating sales order system giving just warning message that Customer is marked for deletion

But if we want to block permanently what we can do it....With the help of basis team shall we remove permanently

SAP will allow only to mark for deletion and if you want to remove permanently from the database tables, you need to archive.  Search SCN as how to archive a customer master.

We can block the customer for sales areas.  You can use this field: KNA1-AUFSD.

So if you are looking at permanent deletion of customer, then you may have to delete it from the tables.
