Interval already exists : While setting external number range

Dear Friends,

I am facing an issue while creating an external number range:

Tried to set 40000002-4999999 as external number range. But it doesn't allow to create , says Interval already exists.

System Diagnosis says : Enter another number range number. If the intervals are distinguished by 'To' years, enter another 'To' year. but not understood

In the screen shot you provided, for KEY 09 ( first line) the number range 40000002-4999999 is already maintained as external . that is why you cannot maintain another number range with the same numbers ,

you can try creating from 11 to 1999999 as external with KEY 10, it would allow.

hope you got it, the external number ranges need to be unique and cannot overlap.

Key 09 is not created , I've tried to create it for 1st time.

So I've splitted Key 03. but it is gives error.
