Hi Inaki,
I have executed the report RSXMB_ACTIVATE_ICF_SERVICES and all seems to be green.
Also i have changed icm/server_port_0 to PROT=HTTP,PORT=8000,TIMEOUT=120,PROCTIMEOUT=180 and SAPSYSTEM as 00 in tcode RZ10.
But still it is not working. Also where do I get the FQDN to mention in SMICM tcode also I cant able to edit in tcodes 'SMICM'.
Hi Rajesh,
In Exchange Profile httpport, i think you have the 8000 port, isnt it?
Refresh the RWB cache:
http://<J2EE-Host>:<HTTP-Port> /rwb/rtc?op=init
Regards.
Hi Inaki,
Yes...In exchange profile the http port is 8000.
Also i have refreshed the cache and also restarted the ICM server.
AE:-

IE:-
http://arvxidev:8000/sap/xi/engine?type=entry
When I use as http://arvxidev:8000/rwb/rtc?op=init Getting below error.
Hi Inaki,
i tried http://arvxidev:50000/rwb/rtc?op=init
PFB...
In Exchange Profile When changing httpport and ashost to 50000 or 8000 and arvxidev.com. Getting below error
In Exchange Profile When changing httpport and ashost to 50000 and arvxidev Getting below error and if I use 50000 i get 404 http error.
Run transaction RZ11, type in icm/host_name_full. The value of that parameter should be your FQDN.
Now back to the Exchange Profile as mentioned, set the following parameters
com.sap.aii.rwb.server.centralmonitoring.name = <the FQDN value you got from the above param>
com.sap.aii.rwb.server.centralmonitoring.httpport = 50000
Actually if you just leave your value as arvxidev that will do just fine but will possibly prompt for another logon (as SSO token will not be passed)
who said you should be changing that parameter in RZ11??
Anyway I cannot really guess what your FQDN is.
Go back to your Exchange Profile and change these values
com.sap.aii.rwb.server.centralmonitoring.name = arvxidev
com.sap.aii.rwb.server.centralmonitoring.httpport = 50000
I will leave you to find out your FQDN as Basis homework 😉
Hi Donald,
FQDN is correct but when I'm trying configure Alert Rules or check alert inbox t I get below errors.
Also should we need to change in NWA -> Configuration tool --> All configuration tasks --> PI full qualified host name, Check RFC destinations, SLDAPICUST, RZ70, SXMB_ADM etc.
If I use only arvxidev getting 404 error code.
The following error was encountered while trying to retrieve the URL:
http://arvxidev.<mycompanycorp>
.com:8000/sap/bc/bsp/sap/alertinbox/index.htm?
Unable to determine IP address from host name
arvxidev.<mycompanycorp>.com
The DNS server returned:
Name Error: The domain name does not exist.
This means that the cache was not able to resolve the hostname presented in the URL. Check if the address is correct.

then it can only be your Exchange Profile parameter
com.sap.aii.rwb.server.centralmonitoring.r3.ashost
As the error log suggested, you have set to arvxidev.<mycompanycorp>.com
Now can you set
com.sap.aii.rwb.server.centralmonitoring.r3.ashost = arvxidev
and please use your Basis troubleshooting skills
