Manpower cost allocation issue

Dear All,

I have an issue w r t manpower cost allocation issue and details of issue are mentioned in the attached excel.

Can anybody please throw some light on this issue

Hi KTS

The option are :

1. If you Salary cost is posted to more than one cost centers, then you can allocate by Assessment Cycle the same based on  apportionment structure from Senders(CCA) to Receiver Object-WBS.

2.Based on Activity Rate calculation for each CC.

3.If all salary cost are Posted to 1 Cost Center only, then explore the option to  calculate common  rate to charge the receiver WBS elements.

4. Collect as Over head and charge  based on Over head rate.
