Hello everyone having issue with Boe crystal report 2013 report

The report works and run fine on the local machine, but when migrating report from crystal report design tool. to the BOE preprod environment. getting the following error:

The viewer could not process an event, failed to open connection, Database vendor code:4060 error.  [CRWEB00000119] ERROR . when trying to view the report.

We check the ODBC connection for 32bits the connection is successful. from local machine and from Server machine(environment)

Can some one please help resolve this issue.

Hi Kim,

Any errors with the text 'Database Vendor Code' suggest an issue with the database driver, connectivity between the database or anything related specifically to the database being used.

I searched for the error and I guess you're connecting to a SQL Server database?

Make sure you're using the SQL Server Native Client 10.0 or 11.0 driver.

After publishing a report, you also need to go to that report in the CMC, right-click on the report, select "Database Configuration", and set the password for the report.  If you expect to run the report interactively and not just on a schedule, you'll also change the "

That worked using the SQL Server Native Client 10.0 or 11.0 driver to resolve the issue Thank you for your Help
