Access Control risk analysis

Former Member

Risk analysis job was failing with SYSTEM_NO_ROLL.

After several iterations of changing parameters and calls with SAP, we found the solution by changing AC configuration parameters(ID 1053) to use file system shared drive as spool location as opposed to database. Now the problem is its creating huge spool files on OS file system shared drive. Does any one know how we can perform house keeping on these spool files and if this is controlled by any Access control configuration parameter. Whats the best practice around house keeping such files. Can any one share their experience if they shared similar situations.

Hi Kalyan,

Please go through below SAP notes. They will give you a fair idea on how to handle the spool files as well as SOD data tables

1941574 - Archiving of Large growing GRAC Tables

1580877 - Best practices in storage management for SoD analysis jobs

1744331 - When Adhoc risk analysis is performed, there is huge increase in the database.

Madhu.
