Setup output type LQCB in VV22 put nothing happen by printing the delivery

Hello,

I wanted to get Certificates of Conformity being printed directly with the delivery note. So I set up the type and customer in vv22. Everything is ready (lot is released, cert profil is assigned) but when a delivery note is printed nothing happens. I'm only a user, I have no customizing rights, but if there must be some customizing I need to make the right points to my SAP-Team

From that delivery, go to Output screen in change mode where you can select the output type and press "Ctrl and F1" so that system will tell you why it is not working as you expected.  Share that screen shot here
