ITSM - incidents emailed as attachments after SPS upgrade

Hi all,

We are using ITSM in our SolMan Sp12 setup.

Before we upgraded to SP12 our incident were emailed when status changed.

The content was send as email body.

However, after SP upgrade, the content is being send as an attachment.

I would like to revert back to the old situation.

Any pointers?

Thanks, that's set to PDF.

Should I change that?

Mail notification is based in smartforms, so yes, if that os pdf, it will be sent as attachment.

Strange if this changed after sps update.

In SCOT, what is the Output format for SAPScript/Smartforms ? Is it PDF?
