Check copying control for contracts (transaction VTAA for value contracts).

Select source and target and click on the details button (or CTRL+shift+F2).

In the next screen you find different routines. The First routine on the left row is for the header data. You will have to select or create a routine where the pricing date is not copied over.

You go to VTAA transaction and then to header details.

For the routine, you click on the selection box (so you will get the list of the routines). For the routine you want to check, you select this and you click on the abab icon:

You will need to do ABAP to add a new routine. This is however still standard SAP, it is a routine, not an enhancement.

In VOV8 for ZCQ1

under section:Requested delivery date/pricing date/purchase order date

maintain Prop.f.pricing date as blank (Proposal based on today's date)

After setting in Both document (in ZCQ1 and ZRO)  as black "today's Date

The Pricing date is still fall in ZCQ1 as same as ZRO , even pricing date in ZRO is 01.10.2013 and it should be in ZCQ1 as today date
