User Authentication in IDT

Hello Experts,

I need help to know if it possible to achieve below situation:

I have build a universe in IDT , now the requirement is I have users from 2 different regions, i need to build a universe with 2 different databases, so when user logs in with region 1 they should see the data from database 1 and when users logs in from region 2 user should see the data from database 2.

Is this possible in IDT?

Hi Rohit,

Yeah, it is possible.

You would need to use the Data Security feature.

Hi Rohit,

Please try to build a multisource universe on both databases then apply a user restriction according to your need.
