How to enable Estimated Cost field in TRIP

Dear Friends,

I am new in SAP and I hope you can help me. We need to activate  the Estimated Cost field in TRIP, ¿Would you mind to tell me the steps in customizing in order to enable this field?

I do not know if I have to use the TCODE FITVFELD because I don't find this field.

We are not using the Employee Self Service,

We have a person in each area who do the travel request in TRIP

This is our System Status:

actually I think this field should be always on the screen.

Are you sure, that nobody did a change on the screen?

Could you please send a screenshot?

Hi Sigi,

Sorry for the late of my response, you are right, the field is on the screen and I notice it is filling with the value of all advance amounts but It is not storing the value of estimated cost  if I type it directly without any advance amount. I think there is a development so I am going to consult our ABAP programmer.

But I really would like to know where this field could be set in customizing, Do you know the path?

Hi Ebhling Lugo,

from my knowledge there is not "on/off switch" via customizing.

The field is always on the screen.
