JMS Sender stops polling to SONIQMQ

Hi,

I think that this have been discussed many times before, but I can not find any real answers. We have a JMS Sender from SONICMQ, and when there is a problem with the network or for some other reason communication channel looses connection to Sonic, it stops picking up messages.

The communication channel does not show any error, but it seems that it stops polling. This is a big problem for us because we can not find the problem before the business comes and tells us that they are expecting files which does not come.

Is there any solution for this?!

Hi Stefan,

Which version of PI and SP are you using? I could see it had been resolved with SP Upgrade, may be a bug. Have you checked below threads:

Hi,

We are using 7.4...but we had the same problem with 7.11.

What is the workaround solution? to restart the channel? Do you notice any locks?

Have a look at the below note. Though it may not address the root cause, it helps in sending an alerts whenever channel stops polling
