Error in SC Creation

Hi All,

One of our user is getting the following error " Error in System;Shopping Cart cannot be processed further".

I have checked the roles assigned to this user and it looks perfect.The user is creating a SC for the first time in SRM.The user is able to go select a product and is unable to proceed further from this point.

Any inputs from you will be highly appreciated.

Hello Satya,

Check the consistancy of that user by using transaction BBP_ATTR_CHECK

- Select your user id make selection as "USER" and "SC Shopping Cart" - this will check all require attribute are been assigned require to create shopping cart.

You may want to check PPOMA_BBP for the user and make sure they have no red lights under the check tab. We have had that problem before because their user ID may be broken. We bring the users over via ALE from SAP. Our HR team works their magic and the user ID gets fixed.

If this is your same problem, I can find out from our HR team what the solution is. Just let me know.
