how to enable the outbound parameters

Hi

While creating the partner profile (we20), by default the outbound parameters are disabled,

how to enable the outbound parameters to enter the data(message type).

Hi,

There should be a small "+" green sign below the table control of outbound parameters.

When you click on this, it will take you to the screen to maintain the required paramters.
