System Java Engine down PI 7.4

Hi all,

I've a little issue, in my monitoring of my system I have an alert about a system Java down, it was verified  but all is up and running.

1.- all proccess of java are up and running

2.- monitoring agent is running.

3.- the access to portal is correct

4.- the database is in open

5.- also my saposcol is running

I don't know what else to check for remove this false alert

can give a suggestion for check this issue?

go to http://host : port /nwa -> Availability & Performance -> System Overview

This should give a snapshot of the system availability.

If you can see all the components (application and services) are running fine, then your system should be doing fine.

If you want to know why you got an alert, may be analyze default traces to see if there was any temporary glitch .
