Will anybody help me that how can i manually upload the ear file on a portal server?
2. Can i transfer the PERNR from MSS .TeamViewer to my Webdynpro application.Please let me know how it is possible?

you can upload/deploy EAR using Netweaver Developer Studio under J2EE Perspective.
To do this you need to add Web Module, then add Enterprise Module.
other way is, I think you should be able to deploy it thru SDM also.
