Pie chart questions

hello,

i have tried to find a way to change the 'show data labels %' on a pie chart to display a count instead. is there a way to do this?

on the pie depth chart layout is there a way to display data labels, like you can for other charts?

any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi - I don't see a way to do this out of the box.

There is a similar idea on Idea Place Pie Chart not showing % value in Tool Tip : View Idea although not exactly.

hello tammy,

i just created this request in the idea place

enhance pie chart data labels : View Idea

i was just thinking (yes, you should be afraid - smile)

it would make life much easier if there was a link in the forum message toolbar that linked to the submit idea form in the idea place and included the link for the message thread from here at the bottom of the request. that way the developers could also see what other people think about the issue. what do you think?

hi tammy,

now i am really afraid because you understood one of my infamous run on sentences LOL

when i catch my breath, i will submit my forum "idea" in the idea place.

thank you for voting for my pie chart idea. i really appreciate it. i just hope it doesn't take years to happen.
