Hi Guys,

The User data source has been changed from the earlier HR to the SU01 record in the target systems.But still the AR form pulls up the manager user id when raising a change user request. Also, there is an error " Manager entered is not correct" during submission of the same.

Please provide inputs on what else could be triggering this value in the AR form even after changing the user data source in SPRO.

Dear Arun,

There is one new configuration parameter introduced in GRC 10.0 SP08 (refer to

SAP Note "1668249 - UAM: Problems with manager_id in end user form") which

actually impact on manager's information. Parameter is "5021 -

Check manager value against the userid in current system".
