Hi Guys,
Can you please help, we are trying to setup offline workflow approvals and as such required inbound mail server to be configured as emails will be sent to SAP. Our idea is to send an email to a manager, the email will have approve or rereject link. The manager will select the correct link and reply to the email. Therefore we need out systems to be configured to recive email
The question how can i check if this has already been configured?

Hi Andy,
Run transaction SMICM and then display services by menu path GOTO->SERVICES.
Here check for SMTP. If activation has green check mark, then this means that inbound mail is set.
To check whom you can send the inbound mail in SAP, go to SICF. Check SAPConnect and check the logon data there.
