Hello,
We have an issue using ARM (GRC10.1) when using the model user process.
The role are assigned in the request with the correct Validity date and are approved but when the user is created the roles are not provisioned to the user.I found the following note (0002044371) which we have applied to our systems but it does not appear to resolve the issue.
The role selected have a productive status in BRM and are available for provisioning

Hi Mark,
Does a fresh "Create User" request for the same roles in question get provisioned? If so, then there could be a bug here.
In addition, are any of the roles set to be provisioned manually?
