Hi all,
can anyone help me as I really do not know what to do anymore.
We have our microsoft navision systems connected to our SAP Access Risk Management for risk analysis. Until last year november we were on version 10 and we upgraded to 10.1 SP6.
We launch all jobs in background but GRAC_REPOSITORY_OBJECT_SYNC gives a warning regarding user sync

Still when we try to run a risk analysis we do not see any user in ACM and report shows no violations..
Anyone an idea??
This is getting very urgent and we have about 10 difference microsoft navision applications with the same issue
Many thanks
pedro
HI,
try running the Sync job in full sync mode and check GRACUSERCONN to see if the users are populated for your connector .
YOu can also check the table GRACTASKEXECSTMP , input values would be your connector and then execute , check the time stamp for User_sync and Role_sync . When ever this sync Jobs are executed and completed the time stamp of the completion is updated in this table . This will help you understand if the job is actually running and updating the necessary tables .
let me know if this helps.

Hi,
Please check table GRACUSERCONN and see if there are users for this connector. Also, did you perform post-install validations after the upgrade? Which system has been upgraded? Have you tested the RFC connection (including Authorization Test)?

Dear Pedro,
If this is a Ldap connector please check the base entry that are maintained (you can check this in t-code ldap), and check the parameter "USER PATH" in spro for this connectors.
Kind Regards,
Rafael

Dear Pedro,
Can you check the table GRACUSERCONN,the user data is updated with respect to specific connector
if the user data is updated, share the user risk analysis screen with error.

Its a warning message not error, if no changes found in then in incremental sync it comes as user adapter is empty.
