f.27 email statement gmail not working sap

Hi Rfds,

In f.27 email statement gmail Id's not working sap.

Only trigeering business email id.

How to trigger all email id's pls help .

Hi Kabil,

If the email need to be send from SAP, we need to configure in SCOT using the below details .

1. SMTP Domain Name - (eg: GMAIL)
2. SMTP Port Number - (eg: 25)

Consider for gmail, we will mention as *gmail.com, it represents the mails will go only for gmail domain.

Hi Kabil,

I dont think so there is problem from the sap end as mails are going to business email-id.

To make sure just check if mails with gmail id are coming  at SOST, if so then its sure that there is no problem from the SAP end.

The issue may be because of proxy or firewalls issue .

If the mail goes to one address it goes to other addresses also.Please check with your basis team whether it is configured or not

Check with your Basis team whether email configuration(t-code SCOT) is done or not.

I guess it is missing !
