Hello Khizer,

Please perform the sldreg once again using your sidadm from ECD's global directory (ecdadm from path /usr/sap/ECD/SYS/global). SIDadm will load the required modules from the kernel directory automatically. Once asked about the input parameters, use the SLD which is configured with your Solman instance.

Additionally, using "sldreg -configure slddest.cfg" with the "-usekeyfile" property will create a file with encrypted file with the registration information.

Check ECD's work directory for details on the registration. Files dev_sldregk and dev_sldregs will have the details.

Regards and good luck,

Ricardo

Hi Khizer,

Is managed system configuration has been performed successfully?

Check if all the extractors are working Properly?

And Check the below SCN Thread, it may be helpful to you.

Hello Khizer,

Could you please open technical system ECD~ABAP in LMDB through Solution Manager to see if there are any warnings/errors concerning data reporting issues for this instance?

If that's the case, try to fix those data suppliers first and check if the data is populated once that's done.

Here's an example:

Hi Khizer,

Please check the below SAP Notes for the issue :

1853160 - Grey host metrics in Technical Monitoring

Also, you can restart the diagnostic agent and host agent and check again.

Hope this helps.

Thanks & Regards,

Hi

can you check the extractors for the instance in extractors admin page .It will give you an insight of why data is not being populated.

Hello khizer Shahid,

Host information is provided by the SAP host agent and apparently you already have the latest patch applied to it.

Make sure all three services belonging to your host agent are running in both the Solman and managed system: SAPOSCOL, sapstartsrv and saphostexec.

Make sure your DAA instance is properly registered within your Solman and you see it in the Agent Administration tab.

Once that's all validated, please check your host agent logs on the instance which is not reporting the data to Solman under /usr/sap/hostctrl/work.

Thanks,

Ricardo
