GRC-PC-10.1: SCU3 table handler not coming by default while creating business rule

Hello Experts,

I am working on the Configurable Business Rule creation for GRC PC 10.1. In the deficiency criteria step while selecting the handler, 'SCU3' is not coming in the handler list by default whereas it should.

Can anyone please explain whether this is an issue related with SP level or is there any configuration required for the same ?
