ess~it~bank DetailView problem - ESS 600 upgrade

Hi ESS Gurus,

We have upgraded the following

1) NWDI 6.40 SP16 -> NWDI 7.00 SPS10

2) Portal 6.40 SP16 -> Portal 7.00 SPS10

3) ESS BP 100 SP7 -> ESS BP 600 SP7

After this we have started the core modifications, and all components are fine except ess_itbank->VcPerBankITDetail->DetailView. Whenever we try to change the implementation of the view it lets us to create an activity but it does let us change any code there. The layout is editable but not the implementation.

All other components/dcs are working fine and are editable.

Does anyone have a clue in this?

I am opening DC from inactive space from the beginning.

Open that DC from inactive DCs. and then try to edit. This may be helpful.
