Warehouse management issue

Hello Experts,

We are transferring material from storage location to storage location by movement type 311.

Both the storage locations are assigned to the same warehouse.

Can any body guide me through the process as well as the configuration settings.

Hi Amit,

Your storage locations are assigned to ECC WM managed warehouse or SCM EWM managed warehouse?? In both the cases you need to follow the different approach, like in first case once you do the 311 posting in ECC, you have to create and confirm the WM transfer order to complete the posting and in later case, based on your configuration system will create posting change/outbound delivery document, which you have to process in SAP SCM EWM system.
