Line Item is not showing at the time of Delivery (vl01n)

Respected SAP Gurus,

We have make to order process and I have order quantity at sales order (50000056) with line item (540) which is 25 MT and have confirmed 29.223 MT out of which has delivered 25.013 MT. The remaining quantity is 4.21. It is also showing me in mb52 and lx02 with order stock of (50000056)(540) which is 4.21 but when i deliver the quantity this line item (540) is not showing in delivery order. And when i see the document flow of this line item in sales order it showing me completed. We have delivery tolerance but i have check it to unlimited tolerance at the time of sales order creation for excess delivery but still unable to see the remaining quantity.

Kindly someone help me and guide me to understand this problem.

Hi,

check customer master partial delivery indicator value.

Dear JM,

Partial delivery indicator in customer master per line item is on allowed and max limit is 9. But delivery have made more than 11 for line item 540.

Hi Adnan,

if values A or B partial delivery will set sales order status as completed.
