Sandhya,

Please delete SWCV in ICO and test the scenario again.

Hi,

we have resolved the issue. we upgraded the adapter type from SAP BASIS 7.30 to SAP BASIS SAP 7.40. This issue was coming after the upgrade of PI system and therefore the adapter was unable to recognise the response coming so we need tupgrade the dapter framework.

Hi,

Please implement notes -

1939203 - Synchronous Message fails at SOAP receiver adapter with RoutingException: Unable to retrieve interface determination

2003670 - System acknowledgement missing in sender system

1948123 - AAE: Tool to repair messages which are undeliverable after structural changes to Integrated Configuration

1933223 - Migrated scenario fails with "com.sap.aii.adpter.xi.RoutingException: InterfaceDetermination did not yield any actual interface"

Thanks,

Atul

Hi Sandhya,

Can you let us know whether you are getting this error for this interface or for every interface from this time onwards?

Also, can you please check if there is any issue with the ESR & ID connectivity.

As suggested above, if the above things are fine, then can you please recreate the ICO.

Regards

Vishnu

Hi Sandhya,

Check below SAP notes if your receiver adapter is SOAP.

1970376 - Messages fail in PI SOAP Receiver Adapter

1821649 - XMBWS.GenerateSysAck is set to false by default

Hi Praveen ,

I have checked the note 1970376 but it is when warning message of duplicates comes . in my case no warning message is there.

and the second note was also of no help.

Sandhya.

Hello Sandhya,

Are you getting this error on only this interface, are you able to process the messages on other interfaces. As per you log messages are not processing toward Adapter engine. Also what adapter are you using in receiver side, make it file adapter and check (easy way).

Hi Sandhya,

This can be due to cache also. Try refreshing cache and check.

Hi Sandhya,

Please ensure that you are triggering the message from Sender on to the Adapter Engine.

What is your Sender ? Is it Proxy?

Check if you have created the necessary back-end configurations in order to route the message to AAE

Hi Sandhya,

Please delete the ico once and reconfigure it.

And second thing remove the SVC used in Inbound/Outbound processing and keep it blank.

thanks and regards,

Hi,

I am experiencing a similar problem. Can I ask why we should keep the SWCV bank?
