Cannot Authorize any CD's in SOLMAN system

Hello all,

In the SOLMAN system,i am not able to authorize any CD's. It is consistently giving me a error message : " You do not have a valid business partner assigned to your user" whereas i do have a valid business partner assigned. When i goto transaction "BP" and give my BP-number i can see that under the identification tab,i have two ID's created for me...One ID is with a space at the end and the other ID is without a space. I deleted the ID with the space but still i am unable to authorize CD's. Kindly help and all suggestions are welcome.

Hi Saurav,

Please assign role Contact Person to your BP and then try.

Please see what kind of roles your business partner has. Do you have a role 'employee' and 'general person'? AFAIK you need both roles at least.
