mitigation control empty report

Hi Experts,

Suddenly we faced the issue. while doing risk analysis->mitigate risk-> mitigation control monitor is missing. found user monitor does not exist.Created Monitor in SU01. Table GRACMITUSER  shows valid control/monitor assignments. Now trying to open sublink master data-> mitigation control -> but no entry comes in the report.

Please share your experience...

Dear Ranjan,

Have you maintained monitor in access control owner under NWBC work center.

if maintained then add the user in mitigation control id

finally re login into  GRC and try.

Hi Srinivas,

Thank you for your respond.

We have maintained mitigation monitor in link access control owners.

How ever we can see report in Q but not in P. Seems all mitigation controls have been deleted in Prod. Can you say how to find out who has deleted.?

When you create user in SU01 and maintained in owner table, did you update org structure owner.

go to NWBC>>>SETUP>>>> organization, slect the organization u want update >> open it

go to access control owner>> maintain MIT monitor and approver id.

I opened Organizations. but I see Owners tab is not maintained for any of the systems D, Q or P. May not be a problem. Seems control IDs are delimited or deleted . Do you know how to find that.

without that you wont see any approver.

seems you have done migration thats why you are able to see it.

Yes Migration from 5.3 to 10. was not any issue till now. Do u know any table or report to knwo the changed done ?

well, not sure about that, as even though if you migrate all those user and business unit should exist.
