Unable to use print preview in sap

Hi Team,

We have an issue with SAP GUI 730 PL 5

Issue: After accessing transaction ME23N and providing the PO number, we click on Print preview option under GOTO menu,

Could you please help here.

Could you check with SAP KBA   1813799 - Dump "RAISE_EXCEPTION" with exception "CNTL_ERROR" in program CL_GUI_CONTROL during sales...

& if possible patch the GUI as well.

Hi Beneeta,

This option of applying the Patch 12 is ruled out since we are planning to update to 740 soon.

If you're already planning to switch on SAP GUI 740,then it's well n good option rather to apply patch on 730.So meanwhile you could check by applying corrections from the KBA which i shared earlier to you.

This option of applying the Patch 12 is ruled out since we are planning to update to 740 soon. We will apply the correction mentioned in the note and check if this helps.
