GRC Change request cannot be approved

Dear Concern, approval is unable to approve the request. after submitting request wf giving request no this request has gone to manger and when manager approve the request the below 2 message is coming. There is already an open request for system xxx by user id xxx You are not allowed to approve your own request but there is not pending request in Search request status. we have client copy from GRC PRD to GRC DEV and found everything is OK. We are able to approve functional request but only change request we are unable to do. can anyone please help me in this regards. Regards, Arif

Dear Arif,

is user and approver is same person?

In this case approver cannot approve own request

"You are not allowed to approve your own request"

Go to search request and select the request number,click on instance Status to check the request is pending with whom

means the request is already approved or ?

the request has gone to TMANAGER but when user approver TMANAGER want to approve then error is showing. but user does not have any running request except which is going to be approved.

Hello Arif,

go to EUP settings delete the parameter only 1 request per system, and approver cannot approve own request save it in TR,

Go back and recreate as per your requirement.

i have checked EUP parameter all DEV setting same as PRD but in PRD we dont have any problem. problem is in only DEV
