Can't get State information from Address

Hi, experts,

    I can't get the State information of an account.

    Whenever I create an account with an address (with street name, city , state , country), the State information cannot be added to the Main address and I cannot retrieve the State information of the account in PDF reports. But this issue is not happeing in all countries.

For country China, the State information is added to Main address.

For country Argentina, the State information is not added to Main address.
