withholding tax data is not archived

tHi,

On our EhP7 production system we have implemented FI_DOCUMNT object for several years, but recently we realized that withholding tax data of archived financial documents  is missing....I was looking for  OSS SAP notes regarding this issue but it was unsuccesfull, so:

1- Is this FI_DOCUMNT archiving behaviour OK ?

2- Else, is there any solution to achieve the right archiving of withhoding tax data of financial documents via archiving object FI_DOCUMNT ?

Thanking in advance for your help, best regards

Joseph Sangoi

have you identified in which tables/fields the withholding tax data is stored?

are these tables included in FI_DOCUMNT? which transactions/reports are using this tax data ?

I would suggest do an analysis on the above .

Archive objects are designed in a way to combine information from various tables/fields and archive records.

again the tables/fields of with holding tax data are important to further analyse

Hi Joseph,

You can try these notes(1272525, 558176) or it's better to create an incident with SAP.

Hello Satya,

I just checked via SNOTE that the notes you suggested are not implementable considering our current SP level.

And I already create an incidente with SAP too

Thanks a lot for your recomendations
