CATS Times sheet in Workmanager

Hi Experts,

We have SMP 3.0, Work manager 6.1 and Iphone is the end device,

We successfully have the Notifications app in production and users are comfortable with that..

Now there is a requirement to add CATS Time sheet aswell.

With the Work manager 6.1 can we implement/Enable the CATS app including with Notifications? Is there any risks/constraints?

There should be workflow to route the Time sheet for approval. How to come across with the requirement.

Please suggest.

Thulasiram,

Any workflow for routing time for approval would normally happen in the backend system.  The Work Manager application will just capture the time and send it back to SAP.  Once it hits SAP the routing should work just like as if a user entered the time directly into SAP via SAP GUI.

Thanks for that clarification,

I came to know, CATS application is out of box functionality from Workmanager 6.1,

Can't we use the existing tools in agentry to enable the Cats in Same client as we have notifications.

please clarify. thanks
