From SAP PI 7.3 to 7.4

Hi,

I am in SAP PI 7.3 dual stack and worked in utility projects.

Now I am moving in 7.4 Java stack and its a retail project.

My question is -

1) What I need to know to move to 7.4 Java stack. Is it completely different or few knowledge regarding that is enough to work there.

2) What are the scenarios generally handled in Retail projects using SAP PI.

Experts please help ...

As you have already worked on 7.3, there is no big difference. It's just you don't have ABAP stack and hence no ccBPM's/ABAP mappings etc.

All your adapters are on java stack. All the pipeline steps remains same.

It depends on that particular org how they are using.
