SAP PI SXI_CACHE http_body_size = 0

Dear Experts,

I'm doing SXI_CACHE refresh but then it takes a long time and end up with "Unable to update XI Cache".

Double clicking the status give me the message "http_body_size = 0".

Testing the INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI in SM59 also takes a long time.

What could possibly wrong?

Thank you,

Suwandi C.

Hi Suwandi,

My few cents, may be directly this thread won't help you

, but it can give you the idea to check if you have any scenario that can leave the memory exhausted or similar with any other PI resource. If you are in DEV or QUA system you can try to stop the suspicious communication channels and to do the tests again.

Regards.

Hi,

Thank you for the reply.

all other java transactions are also slow now.

I cannot access PIMON, ESR, ID, SLD

Restarting the server does not help as the cache is still refreshing.

Thank you,

Suwandi C.
