Missing customer from batch file. how i will check

Hi Friends,

I receive a mail from my friend. error is  missing customer from batch file.

how I will check. where I will find out that customer batch files in sap pi.

any body help me and how I will do this one explain me.

Hi Soma,

As pointed out by Hareesh, you need provide basic information like the scenario and at which point the error occurred and your SAP PI system version etc. Without these details no one would be able to provide any help to you.

Hi Charan,

Sender is the IDoc and Receiver is flat File. we are using PI 7.1 version.

In which place message is failed in PI (sxi_moni).? also can please share the entier error log.

If it is failed at mapping level, then there might be some mandatory field is missing in the IDOC.

This is not something generic error and it's difficult to help without basic information.

Ask him to share which interface(object) he is referring to

time stamp information

key field (invoice number/PO number/IDOC #) etc

what is missing in that

and then trace the message to see if there is anything missing..
