MDG NWBC Certificate Confirmation

We are putting in MDG Customer/Supplier and using NWBC.  When we go to the NWBC URL, we were getting challenged with a message like this.

We had our Basis and Network Security teams make self-signed certificates and install them in the SAP server.

We are now getting a confirmation popup like this.

Problem is, users do not want any window popping up before they get the NWBC login screen.  Can anyone tell me what we can do to totally bypass any certificate popups?

I have tried viewing and installing the certificate in various locations.

I do notice this when viewing the certificate...which makes we wonder if it is not about installing server certificate, but more about not making certs be needed in the other direction.
