dropdown Values are not populating offen in mobile app

Hi,

We have SMP 3.0 SP03/PL01, and iphone as end device,

When users transmit the data to SAP, some times values are not fetched from the backend and it is grayed out.

What could be the reason for that the values are not being fetched from the backed.

When they transmit again, getting the values..

Is this a re occurring issue? what could be the actions to prevent this issue.
