IS-Retail: Follow-On and Replacement Articles

Hi Folks,

Need some advise from all IS-R experts.

I am trying to setup the Follow-UP and Replacement Article functionality and want to confirm the following.

I've setup the profiles under Logistics - General > Material Master > Retail-Specific Settings > Settings for Follow-Up/Replacement Material > Process Substitution Profile

In MM42 I have maintained the article relationships by assigning it to one of the profiles that I created.

Now when I create a sales order and even a STO, I however do not see any material replacement happening.

The worklist WSUBST_WORKLIST does not show anything.

I tried the following Steps:

1) Setup follow up articles in MM42 (or WRFFUART montor)

2) Create STO

3) Create outbound delivery for STO

4) tried to execute WSUBST_WORKLIST (but this step fails)

Can you please advise if I am mising any customizing settings?

Is there any related substitution activation activity in SPRO which I have to take into account as well.

Hi Sahadj,

please refer to the following SCN thread that discusses the necessary prerequisites for this particular functionality to actually work;

Note that you need to have business functions ISR_RETAIL_PLANNING and ISR_RETAIL_SCM activated in your system.
