Hi QM Experts,
kindly,give me suggestion for:
I have an inspection lot there in usage decision i forgot to enter inception lot qty. in inspection lot stock tab so,due to this reason stock is showing in quality inspection and lot status is in " UD ICCO SPCO STUP " now,if i go to inspection lot stock tab to enter the qty.then i am getting all fields in Grey out mode. So,in this condition what should i do?
Thanks & Regards,
Vivek Bhojak
Hi everybody.
You can change the status stock using the transaction QA12. Only put the inspection lot and enter.

Hi Vivek
Status is SPCO that means Stock posting is completed. So apply note as suggested by Arjit.

Hi Vivek,
can you do one thing, Go to QA32, Select Inspection lot with usage decision. Click on UD tab. go to Stock posting, check if it is possible or not. i think it is possible to post material again.
If not Then go for apping note 175842. But i have doubt for note application, note saying that it will reverse stock posting but you have not done any stock posting so it will be possible through QA32 stock posting or you can try QVM1 or QVM2 to go for stock posting again.

Hi Vivek,
Well, I think now as the stock has not moved form QI to Unrestricted stock, please can you run the report mentioned in the note -
48815 - Checking possible inconsistencies between MM and QM
Hopefully, you will be able to clear all your open QI stocks.
Thanks,
Arijit

Additionally, run QVM2 to confirm if any outstanding inspection lot is not pending. No harm in looking into QVM1 and QVM3 as well.
There might be some other inspection lot for which qty posting is due. Since SPCO doesn't generally appear if any inspection lot qty is not posted out of QI.

Hello Vivek,
I think the only option is reset the UD and do it again.
More information about reset the UD, is here: 175842
