how to add a cfl column to a matrix showing user table data

hello all,

can anybody point us to a recent code sample ( c# / vb ) showing step by step how to add a ChooseFromList Column to a custom matrix?

we are showing a user table content in a user form with a matrix.

we'd like to give end users the chance to pick a value from a sap b1 table ( eg. oitd ) and put it in a column of our user table.

sdk documentation and code samples are so outdated the can't really help us.

by now we are stuck, any help appreciated.

this is utterly frustrating.

In this sample in ObjectType Property put UDO Object Code of your Table instead of 4.

thanks for your prompt response, but i've already tried to follow the steps pictured in that thread without success.

as you can see it's from 5 yrs ago... and we are using sdk 9.1

i believe ( well i hope ) something changed and got simpler.

i'll try again to follow that post.

Hi Christian,

UI CFL assignment has not change.

You can assign it using codes, or you can assign it in your XML/SRF file (using notepad/B1 Studio).
