INSPECTION LOT SHOWING OPEN EVEN AFTER DOING VENDOR RETURN ?

Hi Gurus,

Can Any body let me Know what could be the reason for QM lot showing open  even after doing vendor return directly from QA11. but in MMBE there is no stock under quality inspection, but in MD04 system showing the QM lot and taking it in receipts.

i have found some 5 different lots in different plants , please guide what is causing for this inconsistency and how can i process this lots, please share your knowledge .

Hi,

Can you give more details or screen shot of problem so that we can check and give proper solution, by that time you can create program for inconsistency of QM and MM by appling note as given above.

Hello Mahesh,

first of all execute report ZQEVAC20 from Note 48815 in order to correct existing stock inconsistencies between the inspection lots and the IM-stock.
