Email notification to employee about recorded time from MSS

Hello All,

We have an issue in email triggered to employee when the manager enter time sheet on behalf of him.

The manager enter the time sheet for the employee and saves it. Then, a mail notification is sent to the employee. The catch is, The manager name is not displaying in the mail content.

I am not sure which Task/Workflow does this send mail activity.

Anyone has any idea..? Is there a way I can find the task or event related to this..?

No activity found in SWIA tcode. I could see the mail in the SOST.

You could take a look at TS31000007, assuming you are using the standard.

You need to check in the data Entry priofile, which task is assigned for this. TCODE CAC1

The mail does not say anything about approval. I have pasted the screen shot below.

The issue in this are, 1) the manager name is not coming., 2) the text "their" has to be changed to "your".

But I am not sure which task has this email send option.

Check with your workflow consultant and show him the template which you are using.

Brief him your requirement, i believe he will be able to help you.
